Best & Worst Smoothie Ingredients


Best Ingredients -

High Protein:
  • Low Fat Yogurt
  • Low Fat Milk/Almond Milk/Soy Milk
  • Natural Peanut Butter/Almond Butter

Fruits: fresh, frozen, canned (NOT in sugar)
  • Berries/Banana
  • Mango/Peach/Melon

Vegetables: raw (cooked vegetables will create an unpleasant texture)
  • Carrot/Cucumber
  • Kale/Spinach
  • Avocado/Beets

Additives:
  • Flax/Chia Seed
  • Oats
  • Cinnamon & Nutmeg Spice/Vanilla Extract
  • Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)/Raw Cacao

Worst Ingredients -
  • Fruit Juices
  • Sugar
  • Full Fat Dairy Products
  • Flavoured Yogurt
  • Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup
